Details: The Bloomington Housing Authority (BHA) was established in 1947 with the mission to provide low income families decent, safe, sanitary housing and to empower them to build self-sufficiency and pride. Today, the Bloomington Housing Authority provides housing to over 600 family residents and more than 600 families under the Housing Choice Voucher Program (Section 8).
