Since that time, our agency has worked toward developing solutions to address poverty and poverty's effects. The Community Action Commission (CAC) is dedicated to fostering self-reliance in individuals, families, and communities. For over 40 years, CAC has focused on helping low-income residents overcome poverty, as well as poverty's causes and consequences.
