Latest Reviews, Comments, Questions for Lincoln

Comment from Lincoln: Uncaring and authoritarian. Always making and enforcing new rules that were not in the contract. If you complain about neighbors or anything, they ignore the problem and tell you to file a police report. My family would love to move, but with every pay raise comes a raise in rent, and if you have a savings account they count that as disposable finances, so it also raises your rent. Regular rent in Lincoln County is already exorbitant, why should low-income rent be the same. You can't save up enough to get out of here! We've lived in housing for seven years now! Avoid if possible — although that may be difficult since they seem to own many of the apartment complexes in the county, and even some smaller houses as well. If you're in real immediate need, as we were, it might be a necessary evil but I would never ever ever recommend them to anyone who can avoid them.
