Details: The PRC program addresses urgent needs of employed, low-income families that if unmet could lead to a need for public assistance. The primary focus of Logan County's PRC program is to provide assistance that will help people retain jobs and avoid the need for ongoing assistance. This could include assistance with necessary car repairs and purchase of work uniforms and equipment required for employment. The secondary focus is to address needs that if not satisfied could endanger the health, safety or well-being of one or more household members. Examples of this type of assistance include payments for utilities to avoid shutoff or restore service and rent to avoid homelessness.
