Details: For over 20 years, MesaCAN (Community Action Network) has served low-income Mesa residents by meeting their immediate needs and providing programs and support for a more substantial future. As a program of A New Leaf, 501(c)3 non-profit human service agency, MesaCAN programs are supported by many volunteers, church groups, organizations and service clubs as well as financial support from generous donors, Mesa United Way, Valley of the Sun United Way, local city and government agencies and A New Leaf Foundation which includes Riverboat Bingo. With a separate 501(c)3 and its own Tripartite Board of Directors, this community-oriented program helps increase the economic stability of thousands of Mesa individuals annually.

Comment from MesaCAN (Community Action Network): Terrible organization, a complete lie, this company only gives money to its employees to put up a big false sense of hope for city of Mesa renters, I was given a sheet of paper with homeless shelters when I turned in my documents for rent assistance. I applied April 1st, it is July 6th, I still have not been told yes or no for assistance. There automated phoneline hangs up on callers and says try calling next week.
