Comment from Miami Dade Community Action and Human Services - Culmer Center: Mrs. Wilkins at the front desk is very unprofessional. On more the on occasion she showed me she does understand client confidentiality. Always has a bad additude. I overheard her speaking to the LIHEAP staff about me in a very unprofessional manner. When I announced to her about what I heard she told me " I said it Because I felt like it" I will put in my complaint to her Director Monday Morning. As a community we need to stay professional an uplifting our community residents not bring us down.
