The agency relies mostly on government funding to promote self-sufficiency in poverty-stricken individuals and families within Baker, Duval, Clay, Flagler, Nassau, Putnam and St. Johns counties. The agency depends on a large volunteer base, businesses, corporations and other non-profits as partners and donors.
