Details: The Bremerton Housing Authority (BHA) is a public corporation with the purpose of providing affordable housing opportunities for people with limited financial means. Our primary service area is the City of Bremerton where we own and oversee several affordable housing properties (Tara Heights, Tamarack, The Firs, and Bay Vista Commons), administer the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program, and are in the process of creating a new neighborhood, Bay Vista, on the former Westpark public housing development.
