Details: St. Sebastian Veteran Services is a program of Catholic Charities of West Tennessee (CCWTN) launching on October 1, 2013. Our program is funded by a grant from the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) and focuses on homeless and at imminent risk of homelessness Veterans and their families who reside in Shelby County, TN. Our program includes a vigorous outreach approach to end homeless among veterans & families and to offer resources in: Finding suitable housing options for homeless Veterans; Providing support to assist Veterans who are at imminent risk of homelessness (due to eviction or foreclosure) to remain in place, in their own homes.
