Details: Direct Service is the largest of CVEM's programs and at the backbone of why we serve. Volunteers meet with those in need in the Chattahoochee Valley area on an appointment-basis three days a week. CVEM works to provide assistance with rent, mortgage, scholarships, medical expenses, transportation and others needs as we are able. During face-to-face meetings, volunteers also work to be a source of advocacy and empowerment to those we serve, so that all who come through our doors find not just help for the moment but start taking steps toward long-term self-sufficiency. CVEM also partners with several local agencies to help meet the needs of our community. Address: 1120 Lockwood Ave.
