This Program helps families meet needs required to accept a job offer or retain a job as well as emergency needs that, if not resolved, could threaten the health, safety or well-being of 1 or more household members. Services are available to: Needy families with a minor child; Pregnant women; A non-custodial parent of a minor child, if the parent is cooperating with Child Support Enforcement.
