Details: Community Hope is the largest nonprofit serving homeless veterans and families in and around New Jersey. Our mission is: Helping individuals, including veterans, and their families, overcome mental illness, addiction, homelessness and poverty by providing housing and support services. Through our Hope for Veterans® Programs, we have rescued over 2,000 veterans and their families from homelessness and despair.
