Details: Established in July, 1980, as the state-designated community action agency for Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties, Community Services Consortium is one of 18 community action agencies in Oregon that deliver programs designed to combat poverty and its root causes in our state. As part of a nationwide network of anti-poverty organizations, CSC joins in leading the way to educate and advocate for those in need in Linn, Benton, and Lincoln counties.
