Details: The Housing Authority of Grays Harbor (HAGH) originated in 1951 as a public municipal corporation to provide low-rent public housing for low-income county residents. Much of the funding necessary to operate HAGH’s programs comes from the US Department of Housing and Urban Development. A Board of Directors appointed by the Grays Harbor County Commissioners sets policy, which an Executive Director and staff implement.
