Purpose of PRC: To prevent families from becoming dependent on welfare programs; To prevent and reduce the incidence of out-of-wedlock pregnancies; To encourage the formation and maintenance of two-parent families. If the family expenses exceed the monthly income an additional budget session will be required. Huron County Department of Job and Family Services reserves the right to deny if PRC will not prevent future reoccurring expenses. Fleeing felons and those that commit OWF fraud are not eligible.
