In 140 senior apartments and 54 family apartments (duplexes), rents are based on adjusted gross income. Twenty-six senior and twenty-four family units are at an established rental rate. Our units are located in Holmen, Onalaska, West Salem, Bangor, Mindoro and on French Island.
