Details: The Lincoln Housing Authority (LHA) was incorporated in 1963 for the purpose of providing affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary housing to individuals and families with low-incomes in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Since its inception, LHA has serviced over 3,000 needy families, most of which are elderly. LHA prides itself on its reputation as being a provider of beautiful, safe, secure affordable housing. The Authority has a total of 246 units for elderly or persons with disabilities at two sites, Lincoln Manor and Manville Manor. LHA also provides six units of family housing at Woodland Terrace. LHA administers 124 Housing Choice Vouchers.
