Details: The Lincoln Housing Authority (LHA) was incorporated in 1963 for the purpose of providing affordable, decent, safe, and sanitary housing to individuals and families with low-incomes in Lincoln, Rhode Island. Since its inception, LHA has serviced over 3,000 needy families, most of which are elderly. LHA prides itself on its reputation as being a provider of beautiful, safe, secure affordable housing. The Authority has a total of 246 units for elderly or persons with disabilities at two sites, Lincoln Manor and Manville Manor. LHA also provides six units of family housing at Woodland Terrace.
