On more the on occasion she showed me she does understand client confidentiality. Always has a bad additude. I overheard her speaking to the LIHEAP staff about me in a very unprofessional manner. When I announced to her about what I heard she told me " I said it Because I felt like it" I will put in my complaint to her Director Monday Morning.
