Comment from Opportunity Council - Whatcom County: for 3 months I have met & learned about Whatcom county's homeless'transiants' & bums. I have learned that 100% exscluding my self are alcoholic drugg addicts,no way in hell will I room mate with any one of them,& still reserve my statice with opertunity councle & workshop for 1 bedroom apt at 450.00 per month disabled I is.& their is 4 available,but opertunity councle refuse's to pay first last months rent & damage deposit,but thety gave one to mentaly disabled ryan at mission,& he does not even live theirt but ast mission 24/7.apt remains empty but for few belongings,but ryan stasy's at mission regardless.hud throws away all lists & starts new ones every year,so does DSHS ext.
