Comment from Ouachita Parish Police Jury: are you ever going to start a homeownership program I have been told this since 6/04 hasn't happen yet. in jan. 2019 I applied for a house with the usda was told could perches a house if the HA would give me permission to use my sec. 8 voucher. PHA said no but she is starting one and I will be the 1st one on the list.
