Details: The Division of Community Housing (DCH) is funded through HUD under the Native American Housing Assistance and Self-Determination Act of 1996 (NAHASDA). Because of the independence allowed under NAHASDA, the Tribe has written and approved policies for admission and occupancy for both the low-income apartments and the homebuyer programs.
