Details: Two Rivers Regional Council provides services to Adams, Brown, Pike and Schuyler Counties. Since 1974 TRRC has been offering community and planning services to west central Illinois. As a member of Illinois Association of Community Action Agencies, TRRC provides many services to the low income members of our community. As a member of Illinois Association of Regional Councils TRRC provides community development and planning assistance to units of local government. As a provider for the Workforce Investment Act programs TRRC provides employment and training services.
